I built Sairah & Co. because I believe becoming the person you want to become isn't a one-time decision — it's a practice. And for a long time, I didn't have anyone showing me how.

There was a version of me who kept saying "next year will be different" and watching next year arrive exactly the same. I knew what I wanted to feel — steady, motivated, proud of how I was spending my days — but I didn't know how to get there. I tried the quick fixes: the motivational quotes that felt good for five minutes and faded by evening, the plans I abandoned by the second week, the comparison spirals that left me more stuck than before.

What actually changed things wasn't one big leap. It was small, unglamorous choices, repeated on the days I didn't feel like it. Showing up for myself before I felt "ready." Learning to trust the process even when I couldn't see the results yet. Slowly, I became someone I didn't have to perform — someone I actually recognized and liked.
